Physical Goals for the Year 2026

  • Get down to 175 lbs (odds 50%)
  • Run marathon (odds 25%)
  • Achieve complicated double club flow (currently at uncomplicated single club flow – odds 60%)
  • 500 Kettlebell swings at 100 lb per week (currently at 150 – odds 90%)
  • Sit and rise – both sides very easily (currently at both sides with some difficulty – odds 95%)
