Making a long story longer
I'm kind enough not to bore you with this stuff in person.

Your site is the only one I’ve seen pick this up. Strange.

The police are trained to spot tells of abnormal behavior. They are good at spotting troublemakers, and the watchdog member would not answer any question. Try that with a policeman the next time you get pulled over.
The policeman quickly sized up the member of the police watchdog group who was recording and taping the encounter. In my opinion, the watchdog member got what he deserved.
But he wasn’t driving, he just walked into the station and asked for some forms. It was the officer who wouldn’t’ answer the questions.
